CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For payments by debit or credit cards we only debit your card once your lovely goods have been despatched. We?ll try our very hardest to send your order where possible in one delivery. But if it is despatched in two deliveries, then we won?t charge you for the additional delivery. However, your card statement may show your order value split into separate charges corresponding to each despatch.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We are pleased to offer free shipping on your first order. Subsequent orders will be shipped at a $12.00 flat rate shipping charge. All items are shipped directly from the UK and will be with you within 7-10 business days of despatch. We will inform you if an item is out of stock and when it will be available.

Simply, if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered for any reason, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase within 28 days. When returning items, please complete the form on the back of the original packing slip, package the items carefully, and send them to us via UPS Ground Service or US Mail.
